Kayak advise when to buy flights - does anyone know if they are usually right?

At the moment, prices are so volatile anyone is unable to guess in general (and I'm personally generally excellent at picking out sub-£10 bargains but then also quite flexible).
As an aside, I'd recommend against booking with a company such as Kayak and only booking directly with the airline to ensure you don't lose important rights such as the right to a 100% refund/flight change in the event of a cancellation. Agencies charge admin fees and don't guarantee a refund in 7 days by law.💙💛 💔0
