Google Play Store Apps Not Available

I'm not sure when this started but I've recently noticed it, I had my Samsung S9 for 3 years.
When i search on the Play Store for apps, they are not available to me as if I'm in another country, my location is set correct to United Kingdom in settings, I've cleared cache etc i have a UK credit card set up.
Bet365 doesn't show
Tesco Clubcard brings up Malaysia, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia etc
This week, I've just got a new Oppo phone, I thought that would be the end of the issue but it's followed me to this phone !
Any help greatly appreciated

Well if the problem continued when you  signed into the the same Google account on the second phone then that implies the issue is with your Google account.  Google did change an option in July:

I couldn't see any country associated with my account even though in the Play Store settings it was United Kingdom. I've just added United Kingdom and it said it may take a few weeks to update, I'll update hereof/when its all working.

PS I didn't change any option in July, should I have ?

It definitely sounds like it's a Google play issue rather than your phone so just go through all the Google play settings and see if any don't make sense.
Could it be an age setting, so you cannot get apps meant for 18 years. The betting one definitely will be age restricted but maybe the Tesco one is too.
