Utilitia Poor Customer Service

Has anyone had any experience with Utilitia? Moved into a rented property in September with a PAYG smart electric meter and a credit smart gas meter. Gas meter wasn’t working only showed default. At the time we weren’t sure if this was a PAYG or not as we had a top up card for it that wouldn’t work. We had gas supply. I tried contacting utilitia for weeks and kept getting out through to different ‘specialist’ departments before being cut off. After 3 weeks got through to someone who said that they would send an engineer to reboot meter within 5 days. Instead I received a SIM card which the meter didn’t have a slot for. I made further calls and eventually a complaint because nobody could help. The response to the complaint came by phone call with a helpful lady who said they would send out an engineer to replace the meter and a £30 discount off my bill as a good will gesture. I took a day off work for the engineer to arrive and tell me that he couldn’t change the meter as he needed a SMETS2? Meter and they’re not available for another month or so. He did however give me a meter reading. A bill then arrived without discount for over £70 for one month which is about £20 than my previous house. The readings are far higher than the one given by the engineer as in 300 units higher than my reading. I then topped up my electric with £25 which they took for the gas bill and left me without electric. I have made 2 further complaints which have been ignored. Where do I go from here
