Please show us the reverse of the PCN, but on the face of it, the NTK appears to be non-PoFA compliant therefore the keeper cannot be held liable.

Did the driver leave the site? That is what the NTK suggests as the reason for issuing the charge, not for an overstay or exceeding grace periods.

The bent sign seems to have different Ts and Cs to the undamaged one.

What happened when the keeper complained to the landowner?
Yes driver im informed did leave the site but only for “8 minutes 55 seconds” after closer inspection, the bent sign indeed does have different t&cs well spotted fruitcake, the first line that reads “ Parking only whilst on premises” is not on it compared to the undamaged one.

Still awaiting a response from landowner from complaint made to the company customer service email address found online.

    But what about the passengers?

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Credit to Fruitcake for noticing the discrepancy within the 2 signs, i did another sight visit today and sure enough the 2 signs are different. The bent one has “parking for patrons only” missing or rubbed out. This should be another point to highlighing misleading signage  in my popla appeal.

Use the image of whichever sign best supports your case.

Section 69 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says,

69 Contract terms that may have different meanings
    (1) If a term in a consumer contract, or a consumer notice, could have different meanings, the meaning that is most favourable to the consumer is to prevail.

Great news.  What a crappy load of signs are there.

Imagine doing what the more predatory PPCs like that do for a living.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Which goon screwed the sign to overlap the door to the premises?  Small wonder it's been bent, it must have been scraping the heads a number of people going in and out!

Anyway, very good result, nice landowner cancellation - the best. 👍
