Terrible meet & greet experience at a concert

Recently I paid £350 to an event company to meet & greet the band I went to see. As part of the price we were promised photos. However, my photo has come out awfully, and there are shadows all over my face and essentially you can't see my face. In short, I paid a lot of money for a terrible photo. Essentially it was not done with "reasonable care and skill". I have complained to the event company, and asked for a refund, but they are not taking any accountability and state that as photos are subjective that the photo is fine.
The event company have notorious terrible customer service, and a lot of fans are furious that their photos didn't come out well either.
Is there anything further I can do in this situation?

I forgot to add - that the company have been offering some people new meet & greets, or gestures of good will, but not to everybody. So their compensation has been fairly inconsistent.0

Ultimately complaint -> Letter Before Action -> Court if you arent happy and the initial steps dont get anywhere.
As they are settling things as a gesture of goodwill there is no requirement for them to be consistent nor does it set any precedent... its perfectly legal to be more generous to your loyal customers etc just as long as a protected characteristic (race, sexual orientation etc) isnt part of the decision making process.2 -
Are you asking for a full refund? That seems unrealistic given you still got to meet the band you're a fan of and had the meet and greet experience. Having shadows in the photo is disappointing but it's hard to quantify the value reduction in your experience because the photo isn't the best quality.0

Can you post a photo of the picture? Get some objective opinions about the quality.

I've decided I'm not going to pursue the complaint as it's too mentally draining dealing with the company as they're so horrendous to deal with (they're called Event Travel by the way).0 -

Send something to the band - that might get a better reaction.

Asking for a full refund seems rather excessive. As presumably you still undertook the meet and greet with the band. Weren't selfies allowed?0
