Christmas feedback and messages

'Tis the season to leave feedback in all the wrong places.
I received a message yesterday, apologising for the previous message as it wasn't meant for me.
So I checked my messages and couldn't find anything. Had a look at feedback and had a long negative feedback berating the delivery service and how a parcel went next door, etc, etc. all about someone else.
I've had it removed only to get something similar from another customer, negative feedback for the wrong product and wrong seller.
As this seems to happen every year, I'm assuming it's not just me!
