EBay FVF calculator with percentage discounts

Here is a handy tool for working out your selling costs when using a FVF offer, https://www.ebayfeescalculator.com/uk-ebay-calculator/
It looks like ebay have made a mistake on the current 70% off offer, this equates to 3.83% + 30p not 2.56% as per the T's & C's. Thanks to @girlchops for pointing this out.

I had the 70% off fees offer and it correctly States 3.83% on my offer.

when i checked again around lunchtime today it had been corrected. I wonder how we stand contractually, if when we agreed and activated the offer it was showing 2.56% and not 3.83%?
