Deliveroo taking unauthorised payments

I recently had small amounts of money in 2 separate transactions taken from my bank by Deliveroo. I queried this with them they are stating they cannot find the transactions any advice please ?

Assuming it was by debit card, do a chargeback via your bank.0

Fraud, go to your bank. They'll issue a new card.
Also request they don't update the automatic card updater0
