Great ballon race tickets

Hi, 
I bought tickets to the Greta ballon race - I couldn’t go and asked for a refund.
they agreed and said it would be in my account with 30days.
It wasn’t - I tried contacting many times by phone, email, their social media and have drawn a blank. 

They cancelled all the venues and I believe many people were left without a refund. 

Im unsure as why to do to get my £120 back. 

Can anyone please help?

If you paid by credit/debit card ask your bank  for a chargeback

before you do that, what are their cancellation t&c ?

I'm a bit confused as well.  At first the OP said that they couldn't go, and then they say all the venues were cancelled.

@lizkai - did you cancel or did the organisers (or did you cancel before they did) and what do T&Cs say about cancellation?

i asked for a refund before they cancelled all venues.  They agreed to give me a refund but I never received it.
