I have 'contacted seller' (who does "accept return"), but nil response. The last couple of items I have bought are not showing (????) on my purchase list, therefore I cannot
How to ask us to step in
If you and the seller aren't able to come to a resolution, you can ask us to step in. Here's how:
- Find the item in your Purchase History.
- Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
- Select Ask eBay to step in.

are you saying you have purchased something on ebay but it is not showing under 'purchases'?

last 2 items are not showing. But also they are not under hidden Did chat with ebay assistant and she COULD see them0

Are you trying to return them? If so what is the reason, if it is SNAD, then to escalate, you need to have had a case open first. If you have inadvertently requested a return or cancellation then scroll down to check the purchase history there.0
