Hi. Just taken a careful look at my latest credit report from Clearscore and nearly all my details other than my name and DOB are wrong.
1. Wrong (old) address - been where I am for 14 months, all banks, electoral role etc updated with new address last year.
2. Says I have no credit card and I have several
3. Say I have no loans - WRONG!
4. Say I have no telecoms contracts - WRONG!
etc etc
Why would this be, will it affect my ability to get credit and how can I get it put right?
Thanks and regards

Check all three of your files. It may be that your providers don't report to Equifax. That could also be the cause of the outdated address.
If not, raise a dispute re the address.0 -
When I moved house Clearscore was just not for updating at all, eventually I had to delete and recreate the account which then brought it back into sync, may be worth a try.0

Unfortunatly you provide little info.If so the current address is what you input in clearscore and nothing to do with them. If you lived there before there will be info left so that's why you able to produce a report using false details.0 -

To update your address in the app go to the man shaped icon on the top right, then go to My Details0

When I moved last year and re registered on the electoral roll in November equifax didn't update my address and all my financial info was removed. By July of this year I gave up waiting and sent them my electoral register info which solved the issue. They've deleted your financial info because they still see you at your old address but your financial accounts are registered to your new address.
A word of warning though. Equifax had a bad habit of adding notice of corrections when they make any requested changes. Once they update your electoral register info you need to check if they've added a notice of correction and send a complaint in to get it removed if they do. If they tell you it's not an issue ignore that and tell them to remove it but not to reverse the change they made with the electoral info.
