My son's fence was blown away with lots of damage in storm Arwen. The wind ripped trees out the ground all around and most property with a fence also had them blown apart. The wind was fierce. I mean really fierce.
So, his wife emailed Admiral the next day as she couldn't get through by phone. They responded by refusing the claim based on the wind=speed being too low, ie not above 55mph that the policy states it must be to go forward with a claim.
She complianed by phone and they still say they won't pay. They say "We have reviewed our weather net system and there were no storm conditions present around the date of loss stated on your online claim form.

Our definition of storm is stated in your policy wording below:
Wind speeds with gusts of at least 48 knots (55mph), or heavy rainfall at a rate of at least 25mm per hour, or snow to a depth of at least 30cm in 24 hours, or hail of such
severity that it causes damage to hard surfaces or breaks glass."
So, what weather net system do they use, how in hell can it show no storm conditions on the worst storm this year, and how can I prove that the wind speed was above their stated minimum.

Storm Arwen was only last week.
The response you've posted references a claim made last December.
You've also posted in the site feedback section. This would be better off in insurance.0
