Hi
I have a holiday booked Dec and my daughter got her jab as advised my government but can't go now as she needs 2 which can't be done before we go away
My question is dovyou think it's unfair Ryan air will not move or refund our money

You haven't mentioned where you are going so no one can review the rules for your destination.
Ryan Air had been fairly flexible on allowing rescheduling of tickets but I have lost track of current travel waiver offers. Have you looked at their website?
To however directly answer your question - No, I personally don't think it unfair that Ryan Air won't refund you. It is not their fault your daughter only has one vaccination jab. Sorry.2 -
No, because entry requirements aren't Ryanair's concern - they don't set them in each country, the Government do.Bickyboy5656565 said:Hi

If you can't gain entry then that's an issue between you and the country in question, not you and Ryanair.1 -
Hi
I am on the same boat for Spain and Jet2 want to charge me £75 per person to change my booking, my stepdaughter is 16, I understand that Spain are locking down unvaccinated but surely the travel companies would see this as "unable to fly" and at least let me change the dates fee free.

But certain passengers being "unable to fly" (because of foreign government restrictions) isn't a travel company's responsibility, or is it a package holiday that you have with Jet2 Holidays, rather than just flights with the airline?carolineMrsM said:Hi
