Will retracted finance charges show up on credit file?

My credit card payment was due last Friday. I have a direct debit set up to pay the minimum balance.
So on Thursday, I went into the card's website and tried to pay the statement balance.
The website rejected the payment and said check with my bank, which I did.
My
bank could see nothing wrong. They then offered to send the money
across as a FP. However they couldn't as the card company had put a
pending transaction in place which swallowed most of my current account
balance.
So I then spoke to my card company who said they could not tell if the payment might yet go through and to check on Monday.
Also, no fees and interest would be charged.
On
Saturday, I noticed the pending payment had disappeared from my current
account, but no money had been taken and nothing showing in my card
account.
I checked on Monday. Money not taken from my current account and the payment not showing in my card account.
So
I spoke to my card company again and made the payment over the phone. I
also mentioned what their colleague had said a few days prior about no
charges or fees and they were non-committal.
The payment was showing on Tuesday in my card account and had left my current account.
Then Wednesday, the card company have levied finance charges that is quite considerable.
I will attempt to get the finance charge removed.
My
question, is will this finance charge show up on my credit report? Also
will it show up on my credit report if I get it removed?0

Charges will appear on your credit card statement. The balance will be reported to the CRAs in their usual reporting cycle.

Leaving the transaction, you made, to the last minute is not advised, move money and make payments 2 working days beforehand, at the latest, give the systems time to actually work, FP aside.1
