Faulty hearing aid, about to return for the 3rd time within 12 months

I bought Signia in ear hearing aids from pocket hearing. I purchased them mid December 2020, I had not had hearing aids before and was told to persevere with them when I first had them. I tried but it became clear there was a fault with the left ear. I returned them in Feb, had them returned to me in March and was Told they had been replaced with a new pair. The right one failed completely in October and the left would not work with the app that controls them. Returned them again and received them back a couple of weeks later, no message to say what had been done, whether it was a repair or replacement. I assumed a replacement as this is what happened the first time. They have now failed again for the third time, one not amplifying any sound and neither working with the volume control on the app. Everytime I return I am without hearing aids for 2 - 3 weeks and I am starting to get fed up. I have emailed to them to explain this. I am unsure of my rights as although they are guaranteed by them for faults for 2 years, it says that this is for service and repairs. As it is more than 6 months since I purchased I assume that I am not entitled to a refund but it is pointless having them if they keep failing.

You need to claim under the Consumer Rights Act (CRA) rather than the warranty, as that is something separate.
Goods have to be fit for purpose and these are clearly not.
I would reject them as not fit for purpose under the CRA and see what they say. Point out they have failed 3 times within 12 months so you would now like a refund. Your refund should be a partial one though because you have had use of them for 12 months, albeit intermittently.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1 -
Thanks, they sent out another pair and the right one has failed again in just one week. I have emailed again, they are obviously sending out refurbs or seconds as replacements. Will have to bite the bullet and somehow pay the extortionate prices that Specsavers or Boots want.0
