PV solar panel

Hi folks, we are one of the lucky ones who managed to get a PV hot water solar panel installed under the green grant scheme but unfortunately the works was shoddy with loose wires, loose thermostat.  they installed one solar panel when they quoted for 2 and said there was no room on our roof but I dispute this.  They supplied a different hot water cylinder to the quote.  I felt they fobbed us off etc.  We are now waiting for them to come back and carry out remedy electric works but it has been weeks now and we have not heard from for ages. We are concerned.  Has anyone has similar problems?
