Electric for a Club Unit

We have a storage unit and club room for our motor club. We are with Sottish Power and have been paying a Dailey Service Charge of 48 p a day which will go up to 83 p per day while the standard unit charge will got from 22 to 25.9.
Now the unit is only used 4 days a month and we use very little power, indeed in the summer only a couple of units a month.   The killer is the daily charge when for someting like 300 days we do not use any power.    Has any other club found a way round this.

Ring around the other big suppliers. Avoid the business brokers.

My church hall is on a business tariff of 35p s/c  15.1 kWh.  That's with Total Energy
