As per the title, has this service been discontinued? There is now one of those robochat Bots that just seem to send you into an ever-descending spiral until you either leave or it cuts you off. I really don't want to be hanging on a phone for an hour just to query why the same transaction has appeared twice on my C/Card account.
On a wider issue, it seem to me like most of the on-line banks are harder to contact on-line than they used to be!

It does say "If you'd like to speak to one of my human team members just type 'speak to agent'." I haven't tried it, but it seems like it should work.1

I've recently used the messaging system through the website and had a response each time in 24 hours or less. OK not immediate but at least the time it took was only as long as took to type the question and no hanging about on the phone. Mostly quite helpful and it was resolved.1
