You wouldn't expect to be entitled to a country's heath service just because you are/were entitled to the UK's (Scots', Welsh, NI's) health service - - - but as I said before, health service entitlement is nothing to do with people's bank accounts.

I had an IOM account a while ago but it was closed due to recent money laundering rules. When you arrive, pop into a branch with ID, proof of address, etc. and you should be able to open an account without any problems.
Even though the IOM banks use similar names to UK banks, they are separate companies and they operate under different rules.0 -

You wouldn't expect to be entitled to a country's heath service just because you are/were entitled to the UK's (Scots', Welsh, NI's) health service - - - but as I said before, health service entitlement is nothing to do with people's bank accounts.
In that sense, the IOM system is the same and even uses NHS England services on occasion.2
