Which part of Covid vaccination certificate to upload with Spanish SpTH application?

Can anyone who has travelled to Spain lately let me know which part
of their UK Covid certificate they uploaded when completing the form?
I
have a PDF (from NHS) of two pages containing my 1st, 2nd and booster
QR codes. Should I upload the complete thing or are they just looking
for certificate 2 of 3?

When I went to Spain earlier this month, I cropped my covid pass so that it just showed the "2 of 2" QR & uploaded that (same for UK PLF on return). However, I guess now you'd want to upload the third QR, as I'd presume the second one is out of date?1

Thank you KittenChops. I just did my upload before noticing your reply. My PDF downloaded from the NHS App was two pages with jabs 3 and 2 on the first page and jab 1 on the second page.I just selected the whole PDF and uploaded it to the Spanish site, pressed the validate button and it worked and validated fine.I've not done a UK PLF form yet, I'll be doing that for my return in a weeks time.1
