Only minor point is that after I asked for her to be withdrawn they revoked the logins. So now I'm paying for something I don't have access to. Although they did say if I wanted it switched back on I could ask. So probably not an angle I can reasonably use.

If you weren't going to get a refund was there any point in asking for her to be withdrawn? I would have thought she could still have been a student, able to access the online stuff without necessarily turning up for class.

Tbh I'd forgotten what the contract said. I could ask to be reinstated on general principle. But I don't think there would be much value in it. Only one she is now doing is the same and we are teaching that in a different way. If we forgot to cancel in June 22 we could end up paying another year.
