    Thanks for this Totality :D

I can never understand why on some email comps they say:
To enter, send your answer, along with your full name and contact details (including a valid email address)

How do they think you're going to email them if you don't use a valid email address

    Back comping Nov 2021

    Wins
    3 pens
    £10 Odeon Cinema Voucher
  • Probably a very silly question. When there is no subject do you leave it blank or do you put something in e.g. £250 Voucher Competition. Thanks

I always put something about the comp in the subject line. For this one I just copied the comp header - £250 to spend at Sportsworld.

If I was entering it from work, I'd include an alternative address in the hope they contacted me on that instead.

..and also if they have 50 to give away of something, say, it's a lot easier to click on the email link and send the cut and pasted 'you won' email than reply to yours maybe?
    :j A-well-a bird, bird, bird...b-bird's the word :j
