Hello
Is it normal for light bulbs to get brown marks on the metal screw part?
It's not a standard lightbulb but used in a vivarium which is 100 watt.

It's not a problem, just a bit of a reaction around the edge of a soldered joint.

It was probably clear originally, and has just darkened with heat and age.It looks exactly like solder flux. You can clean it off if you like - toothbrush, wire brush, whatevs - or you can leave it.0

I literally wouldn't have noticed there was a problem. Just ignore it.0
