At Moorland Distillery, only the very heart of the distilled alcohol is used to create Cornish Apple Brandy. Allowed to rest in oak barrels for five years, in a cellar exposed to Cornwall’s infamous ‘mizzle’, the resulting brandy is both smooth and authentically Cornish.
