Updating house move details TSB

We have recently moved house and asked TSB to update our details, this went fine on our current accounts however with our sons 'under 15' savings account they will not let us update to the new address. They state t's & c's mean you have to go into a local branch, but they have closed the branch. This means all his correspondence will go to the old address. Ridiculous situation especially after they have just announced more branch closures today.

Please write to us, and send your letter to TSB Bank PLC, PO Box 373, Leeds, LS14 9GQ. You must include the following details in order for us to update your address;

• Your name.
• Your account details – sort code and account number of your main account.
• Previous and new address and postcode.
• Your signature.

Once we’ve received your letter, which includes all of the above, we’ll update your address within two working days.
