Here's a link from the BBC website article, it includes my local branch although having switched away from my TSB account the only thing I now use is the ATM outside, and that's very rarely these days given how infrequently I pay cash for anything.

can't remember the last time i went into a tsb branch it must be well before covid will be sad  to see my local branch close

I opened an account online several yeas ago. The nearest branch is 15 miles away and I've never needed to go there.

Sort codes associated with a specific branch are a hangover from pre instant payments etc. from most banks views the sort code is just for industry payment schemes ie to have a unique ID for your account.
