Money Moral Dilemma: Should I start using the employee discount card from my old job again?

Cut the card in half and send (or take) it back to the company. You are holding onto their property. Any card (discount, credit or debit) is owned by the issuer, not by you. Holding onto it, let alone using it, when the company rules don’t allow is considered theft. Telling them about their mistake is not an excuse. Stop worrying about this and just get on with life, do the right thing!0

I am not sure why people come on here with a 'dilemma' that is really asking "Is it OK if I do something dishonest?".Well, the answer is, and always will be, "No it's not OK to do anything dishonest" ... whether it is doing something you hope may go unnoticed, or whether you feel you have an entitlement because you have been aggrieved. It is NEVER OK to do something dishonest!.0
