Merge my loan and credit card with Nationwide?

I’ve got an unsecured loan and credit card both with Nationwide. The monthly payments are currently too much to handle. Do I approach Nationwide to amalgamate them and pay off over a longer term, or do I try elsewhere?

You would need a consolidation loan, but you're unlikely to get one if you're already struggling, as it's extra borrowing.
What are the amounts and APRs? There are probably improvements to be made in how you're paying them off, alongside cuts in your spending which will help you get the debt down quicker.1
