Travel arrangements will be directly arranged between prize winner and Barrhead Travel. Prize winner details will be sent to Barrhead Travel. Once details have been provided Tourism Ireland will not hold any responsibilities for the travel arrangements.

ID FOR AIR TRAVEL– A valid Passport for all passengers is required for travel with Ryanair. Alternative forms of Photo ID are accepted by other airlines operating between Britain and Ireland for British Citizens travelling into Republic of Ireland. Information will be provided to the prize winner during the booking process. All other nationalities must have a valid passport for travel and check Visa requirements.

CARRIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY – prize winner’s mobile no. is supplied to carrier during reservation process. Meals on flights not covered. On-line check-in may be required, and this is the responsibility of the lead passenger. This will be advised at time of booking.

ACCOMMODATION– 5* HOTEL, DUBLIN – two nights’ accommodation based on two adults sharing twin or double Classic room and includes full breakfast – subject to availability and dinner in the hotel restaurant.

3 DAY DUBLIN CITY PASS– terms and conditions may apply in time of bookings.
Prize subject to availability and excludes UK and Irish Bank Holidays Period and when special events are taking place (e.g Sporting, Festivals, Conferences).

At least 60 days’ notice required for arrangement to be put in place.
Prize not redeemable for cash, exchangeable for any other service or cash offered in lieu of unused parts of the prize. No Show or cancelling the arrangement invalidates the prize.
Prize is as described and arranged as one package – elements of the arrangement cannot be used separately or individually (e.g. using flights for one date and accommodation for another).
Prize winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. 
Barrhead Travel and Tourism Ireland are not responsible for costs resulting from cancellation or delays to transportation services and loss or delay of luggage.

ID – FOR ARRIVAL IN REPUBLIC OF IRELAND - British citizens born in the UK when travelling from Britain to Ireland do not require passports. However, a valid form of Photo ID will be required. All other nationalities must have a valid passport for arrival in Ireland and check Visa requirements in advance.

7 - Food Publishing Ltd may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.

8 - For details of the winner please email competitions@greatbritishchefs.com within four weeks of the closing date.

9 - No cash or other alternative to the stated prize is available, except in the event of unforeseen circumstances the stated prize is no longer available; Food Publishing Ltd reserves the right to provide a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value.

10 - Winners will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw to be conducted within 7 working days of the closing date.

11 - Winners will be notified in writing using the email address submitted to enter the draw or via social media for social media exclusive competitions within 14 days of the draw date. The winner must then confirm acknowledgement by return email or social media reply within 30 days or they will lose their entitlement to the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be void and may be used for future prize draws.

12 - Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by the Food Publishing Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw. Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.

13 - Food Publishing Ltd reserves the right to suspend / terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service (DOS) attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.

14 - To the extent permitted by law, Food Publishing Ltd, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to Food Publishing Ltd hereby expressly exclude:all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with any prize draw or any entry.

15 - As a condition of your entry into any prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
