Who do I approach for a domestic roof survey?

We have a new roof (from January 2020) on our house (two bed end terrace). We had a couple of slipped tiles and a few damp spots. I want to get a roof survey done to tell us if the builders did a good job or not. Its proving harder than expected. Do I need a roofer? Chartered surveyor? We aren't selling the house.
