Domestic and general EDF Plumbing insurance policy :(

Hi all ,

I've been paying (about 5 months now) for a domestic and general insurance policy (BOILER,ELECTRICAL WIRING, ELECTRICAL WIRING, DRAINAGE, PLUMBING, PEST INFESTATION,PEST INFESTATION)

But unfortunately unable to book a repair in to fix a leak. I have tried for 43 days, since the 18th of October, for several weeks to book a repair.

Even domestic & general customer complaints team suck! 

They can't even understand the phonetic alphabet! 

Has anyone ever been in this situation?
if so what would you advise?

Read your contracts T&C first .See what the timescale for repairs is .

Doubt if  alphabet is a requirement for call centres apart from  pappa foxtrot oscar .

As in you cannot get through to them to try and make the booking or that there is just no availability?
