Domestic and general EDF Plumbing insurance policy :(

Hi all
,

I've been paying (about 5 months now) for a domestic and general insurance policy (BOILER,ELECTRICAL WIRING, ELECTRICAL WIRING, DRAINAGE, PLUMBING, PEST INFESTATION,PEST INFESTATION)
But unfortunately unable to book a repair in to fix a leak. I have tried for 43 days, since the 18th of October, for several weeks to book a repair.
Even domestic & general customer complaints team suck!
They can't even understand the phonetic alphabet!
Has anyone ever been in this situation?
if so what would you advise?

Read your contracts T&C first .See what the timescale for repairs is .Doubt if alphabet is a requirement for call centres apart from pappa foxtrot oscar .0

As in you cannot get through to them to try and make the booking or that there is just no availability?0
