Refunds rights for rebooked holiday part paid for with Credit Note from 2020 cancelled holiday

Hello, we were booked to go on holiday October 2020 to Disney Floriday.  In jun 2020 we were given option to rebook / cancel holiday.  We wanted to rebook for Oct 2021 but were unable to at the time as Disney were not accepting new bookings.  We were therefore given credit note for the deposit which we had paid.  In Nov 2020 we were able to rebook our holiday for Oct 2021.  When we rebooked we used the credit note as our deposit.  Now our Oct 2021 holiday was cancelled as the USA were not allowing foreigners into the country (USA only reopened borders mid Nov 21).  Today I have finally received refund from our travel company however they have only refunded me for the cash element of our holiday and have not refunded me for the credit note .

Is anyone able to advise me of my rights here ?  Should I be entitled to a refund of my credit note ?

You wouldn't be entitled to a cash refund of the credit note but you should expect a replacement credit, unless there were some other terms attached to it.

Booked with Ocean Florida...I am currently waiting a reply from them.  Currently they haven't even offered another credit note

You should be given a replacement credit note but it depends on the t&c's, just looked and they mention credit notes on the website.
