Distance selling regs re Wind Instruments

    Second hand wind instruments are definitely a thing though, and a flute is made of metal so can be sanitised quite easily, so it's not like it couldn't be sold once it's been used.
    This was my thoughts but without it hygienically sealed the retailer doesn't have any grounds to refuse the right to cancel.

    hygienically sealed it may be debatable (although not in my view).

    Unless it was reserved remotely and bought in store on collection in which case its not a distance sale but on prem and so subject to companies rules on returns as no statutory right
