Hi all,
just wondering if anyone has been in my situation or knows what next steps I can take?
just wondering if anyone has been in my situation or knows what next steps I can take?
The moratorium period on my DRO ended in February of this year, since then all accounts other than PayPal have been marked as closed in some way.
PayPal is still showing as open and updating monthly with a default date of July of this year.
I spoke on the phone to their debt department who said I can’t close the account until I pay up, they wouldn’t listen when I said that’s not the case!
In the grand scheme of things I guess it doesn’t matter, I’m not looking to get any credit, but it is annoying that it’s still there and they won’t follow protocol.
