in Credit cards
Hi. This is my first post here.
I've been using my current credit card for online purchases for several years without issue. Today I tried to place an order for a software subscription (Acronis), Acronis use cleverbridge to process their payments, I go through the payement process as normal but right at the end I get a message (both on the website and via emial) asking me to authorise the payment (no redirection to a card processor happens). From the message this refers to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) authorisation which shouild be initiated via by card provider (TSB), which I believe should be a two factor process, I haven't recieved a authentication challenge as part of the payment process or via text from my bank. I called cleverbridge support who say that the order is awaiting payment authorisation and to contact my card provider. I have just contacted my bank who say that there are no declined / pending payments on my credit card. All activity on the card appears to be normal.
Has anyone else had these issues with cleverbridge? If so can you advise how to get the payment processed.
Thanks in advance.

Sounds to me like a problem with retailers website & their integration of the payment software.
Which O/S & browser are you using?
Might be worth trying another browser to see if that works.Life in the slow lane1 -
@born_again Thanks for your reply.Yup, it seems to be down to the payment software, I used the same card for another transaction (on a different site) and it went through as per normal, redirect to card provider and payment verification. I then tried the cleverbridge site again with no joy. I've dropped their support people another email to see if I can organise an alternative payment, not ideal but I use Acronis for a backup solution so little option.Cheers.0

It will be Acronis that need to sort the integration in their site.Life in the slow lane0

Do you have a TSB app, does it send it there? I have to authorise Lloyds ones via the app, they don't send texts0
