The promoter of Boohoo's ‘WIN A £100 VOUCHER EVERY HOUR - TWITTER’("Prize Draw") is Boohoo.com UK Limited of 49/51 Dale Street, Manchester M1 2HF ("Promoter").

1. Eligibility

1.1. This Prize Draw is open to individuals Worldwide aged over 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter, their immediate family, sponsors of the Prize Draw and their employees who are directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.

1.2. The Promoter reserves the right to obtain proof of age and to refuse entry or to choose another winner if such proof, where requested, has not been given.

1.3. All Entries by the entrant must be submitted via https://twitter.com/boohoo 

2. The Prize Draw

2.1. The title of the Prize Draw is ‘WIN A £100 VOUCHER EVERY HOUR - TWITTER’. The Promoter will be running a separate prize draw every day during the Prize Draw Period to give entrants an opportunity to win one of the Prizes listed at clause 5. There will be a total of 17 Prize Draws throughout the Prize Draw Period and each Prize Draw will have SEVENTEEN (17) Winner who will win one (1) Prize (i.e. 17 Winners in total).

3. How to enter

3.1. To enter the Prize Draw entrants must:

3.1.1. Visit and “follow” @boohoo Twitter account;

3.1.2. “Like” the competition post on @boohoo Twitter account relating to the Prize Draw;

3.1.3. “Reply” to the tweet with the chosen phrase ‘#boohoocybermonday’ in the comments section of the competition post on @boohoo Twitter account.

3.1.4. Entrants may enter more than one Prize Draw by following steps at clause 3.1.1 - 3.1.3 for each post relating to each Prize. 

3.2.  Entries must be made between 12:00(GMT) on 29.11.2021 and 17:00 (GMT) on 29.11.2021 ("Prize Draw Period") to be valid.

3.3. Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid.

3.4. No bulk, third party or automated entries are permitted.

3.5. All entrants (including the winner) must comply with any reasonable directions given to him or her by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw. Failure to comply with such directions may result in an invalid Entry and/or withdrawal of the Prize.

3.6. The Promoter must have access to view the entrants Twitter account to be in with a chance of winning the Prize.

3.7. There will be a separate Prize Draw for every Prize. Entrants can enter multiple Prize Draws by replying or quoting multiple posts on @boohoo’s Twitter account relating to the Prize. 

4. Winner selection and contact

4.1. The winners of the Prize Draw will be announced on the Promoter’s Twitter account within two weeks of the expiry of the Prize Draw Period (“Announcement Date”). (29/11/21)

4.2. The winners will be selected by random selection via electronic means for the Prize which is included in the winning Entry . The decision of the Promoter shall be final. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of any decision made in connection with this Prize Draw.

4.3. The Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date by tagging the winners in the competition posts from the Promoter’s Twitter account and tagging the winners in the Promoter’s Twitter stories in a post related to the (“Winners”). The Promoter will ask the Winners to provide further details in relation to the Prize (the “Details”).The Winners must provide the Details in order to claim the Prize.

4.4. If any Winner fails to provide their Details to the Promoter within 48 hours of the Promoter contacting the winner and asking them to provide the Details in accordance with clause 4.3 then the Promoter acting in its absolute discretion may:

4.4.1. make further attempts to contact that Winner; and/or

4.4.2. withdraw the Prize from that Winner.

4.5. If the Prize is declined by a Winner or is withdrawn from a Winner by the Promoter, the declining or forfeiting Winner will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions; and the Promoter may offer the Prize to a new Winner by random selection in accordance with this clause 4.2.

5. Prize

5.1. There will be FIVE (5) winners in total.  The Winners for each Prize shall be selected in accordance with clause 4.2.

5.2. Each Winner will win One (1) of the following Prizes (depending on the Prize included in the winning Entry):

•  £100 voucher  (one hundred pounds) or the equivalent amount in your currency. (“Prize”).

5.2. The Prizes are all subject to availability.

5.3. Any Prizes for ‘boohoo dollars’ will be subject to further terms and conditions and use which will be provided to the Winner upon receipt of the Prize.

5.4. Boohoo are not affiliated with any third party Prizes.
