I ordered some clothing items off of a website late September. It said delivery would take 5-10 due to him running the business on his own. it is now end of November and have still not had my goods. I have tried emailing him twice and had no reply. I don't what to do and what I can do to get my money or my items.
Many thanks

If you paid by credit or debit card then contact your card provider and raise a chargeback claim for non-delivery of goods within the agreed timescale. (Make sure you also contact the supplier to cancel the order).
If you paid by Paypal then - which method? (Hopefully not Friends & Family or whatever it is called).Jenni x0 -
Which website did you order from and how did you pay for the goods?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Tryin to then get a refund is a whole different game & no where as easy.Life in the slow lane1 -
Is that another of the quirks of chargeback? (Like delivery to the wrong address is still valid delivery as far as chargeback is concerned).Jenni x0

If you cancel something. You can not then say "It's not been delivered"
The bank can go back & say where is the refund, but the retailer can ignore that.
Non receipt of refund chargeback needs a refund slip like you would get at the till. So a email stating refund X amount On X date to card end 1234 would cover it.
But as you can imagine to get a retailer to provide that is not easy.Life in the slow lane1
