  Win Your Christmas Competition Terms and Conditions 2021

  1. Open to Mainland UK residents only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Entries open on 17th November 2021 and close on 3rd January 2022 at 23:59.
  3. Entry via the Thatchers Cider Official Website only. Simply comment on the post to be entered into the prize draw.
  4. Multiple entries allowed. Entries through agents or third parties are invalid.
  5. There is 1 main prize available consisting of:
  1. Money prize of £1,000(only)
  6. There are 10 runners up prizes available consisting of:
  1. 24 cans of Thatchers Cider (choice of Gold, Haze, Rosé & Cloudy Lemon)
  7. UK entrant’s participation is online via Thatchers Cider Official Website only. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this entry route.
  8. Winners will be drawn at random on 4th January 2022 and will be notified by 7th January 2022 via phone and/or email.
  9. Prizes will be sent out within 6 weeks following receipt of the winner’s details.
  10. There are no cash alternatives to runners up prizes, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
  11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  12. Any prize winner who has not responded to notification within five days will forfeit their prize.
  13. Winners may be required to take part in unpaid related promotional publicity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
