Is Homeserve classed as House Insurance ?

We discovered a leak under our concrete floor in the kitchen joint pipework where the existing plumbing had been extended to reach the sink in the extension. The extension had been built before we bought the house.
After speaking to our house insurance company (Halifax) it was clear that we did not have the correct cover to arrange a fix.
We had taken out a cheap Homeserve policy for 1 year so gave them a call.
I know Homeserve get a hard time on here but in this instant they were fantastic. They came out the next day, dug up the concrete floor, replaced the pipework and then relaid the concrete floor, fixing the issue.
Now we come to renewing our home insurance and the question is
"Have you or anyone living in the house made any home insurance claims or suffered any losses in the last 5 years?"
We didn't make a claim on our home insurance and we didn't suffer any losses. We dont want the insurance companies to decline payout should we wish to make a claim in the future so do we answer yes or no to this question ?
Thank you.

How did you not suffer a loss? Did the leak not cause a problem? If not how did you even know about it?0

The leak did cause a problem as we had to have the kitchen floor dug up but we didn't actually suffer any loss as the pieces of laminate floor we took up were replaced with more that we had.
If I add it to compare the market as a claim, it asks if we claimed against buildings or contents insurance but as we claimed from Homeserve we claimed against neither buildings or contents.

Given they are asking about "incidents" there should be a didnt claim option, though Home claims is not developed in such a complex way as Motor so not overly surprised if the questions and answers don't fully match unless you have to choose the section that would have responded (buildings in this case) and can then say didnt claim.1
