Hi is anyone else still having problems with this company? I’m only in the early stages of selling my house through them but it’s been 3/4 weeks now and I’m still unable to log in to my Eway account. And I’ve not heard a word off the solicitors 🙄

Pro tip: get a different conveyancer if you can. When did you instruct them? Before or after the outage?0

Premier Property Lawyers and their associated firms have always been difficult to deal with as they appear to have the uncanny knack of making the most straightforward of transactions difficult. The recent debacle with the loss of all systems has now rendered it impossible.

We had a poor experience with two previous online conveyancers. They took on too much work and then had to find staff to deal with all the customers. use a local firm you can actually walk into and shout at !
useless bunch most of them.0 -

I recommend you definitely try and find another solicitor. We didn't heed to the early warning signs that they would be so awful (lack of communication, not being able to get through to our conveyancer, docs being lost, so slow at everything) and we wish we had changed early on. Now we are nearly 5 months into the process of selling a property to a chain-free buyer and we haven't been able to get through to them for about three weeks. Extremely stressful. Find another firm as soon as you can.0
