It doesn't say anything about what payment method was used on the invoice. Who said anything about them having my relatives bank or credit card details?sheramber said:How was the first payment made?

The payment method would ascertain if payment was made from a source with your relative's name.
You suggested someone opened an account in your relative's name and placed an order.making a payment.
The name on the payment source- bank /credit card/ paypal etc - is normally checked against the account name so would have to agree.
