Stop Paicking Newbies

I thought it might be useful to put this post up as I am going through my PCN appeal. When I recieved a debt collectors (they're not really debt collectors see the neb section) I straight up panicked as you would £100 plus for something you don't recall or have done by mistake. I found my way here as you will have to and the Newbie section is well, overwhelming to say he least... but relax you have a lot of time to go through and work the to do list bit by bit!! I'm just about to do the court bit and that has taken almost 5 months. So plenty of time to get your head around it and do as it says. thanks to the forum people that have put this together its brilliant

Well said. This forum spells danger for wannabee scammers
The debt collectors being part of the "mickey mouse" club which progresses to the "Wacky Races" legals ?
Not only is the forum famous for scuppering the legals, we expose them, we even tell the story of their losses. Just like a recent case by VCS where DCBL cost them £1000
The "Wacky Races" and "mickey mouse" club will continue with rubbish, working for peanuts, until the new independent appeals service comes into force.
If it's anything like the TPT and it should be ...... "Wacky Races" and the "mickey mouse" club will be scratching around for more fools they can scam.
It is worth remembering that "Wacky Races" and the "mickey mouse club" are members of the BPA and probably that dreadful Gladstones set up .... the IPC
The BPA saying "we are driving up standards" is with no doubt the biggest joke in line with their stupid news reports
This is why this forum is the NO 1 most hated by the scam parking industry and their very dodgy legals
AND A WARNING TO REAL SOLICITORS
This is NOT a get rich quick scheme, it's more like a lose money scheme and your reputation in tatters3
