Hi
so I was the victim of fraud and had a bereavement this week…
for one of my loans, the payday was meant to be 25 November but I changed it to 28 (today) searching through my junk box I’m alarmed to see an email today saying my payment is 3 days late!!! The change obviously didn’t go through!!
I will call them tomorow but I’m petrified this will be marked as a late payment on my credit file!
any advice/reassurance ?

It'll probably be marked as a late payment, but it's not a major problem on an otherwise well managed file.0

I’ve sought advice this morning and been told I should be fine, as also they didn’t chase or message me about a missed payment until today and I paid straight away…0 -
I'm not with you ....... the pay date should have been the 25th but you changed to to the 28th - why would you alter it to be 3 days late ??0
