Can I still post Christmas Amaryllis Bulb abroad post Brexit?

Every year going back decades, I have sent my auntie in Norway an Amarylis bulb (usually from M&S) for Christmas. Does anyone know if I can still do this post-Brexit or is it no longer allowed?

I think it would fall foul of

The Certificate must, in certain cases, be approved by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority before import customs clearance. A licence must be obtained for the import of certain edible vegetables.
