My son has the above I nned to ask he gas games saved on ps4  so need to ask if get ps5 for Xmas or new year 
How will be able transfer the games from his Ps4 to his new conlse as some are paid games

And do you any legite sites where I would be able to sell my sobs on console

For digital purchases of games, the ownership of the game is associated with the users Playstation Network account and therefore can be downloaded again on the new console directly from the internet.

Any saved game data like progress through a game can be saved on to a USB stick and transferred to the new playstation if required.

Lots of legit sites to sell a PS4 - ebay is my recommendation but you can also use Facebook marketplace or Gumtree for a local cash sale.
