How to fill in V5C When Returning A Car For Refund

hi, I purchased a second hand car from a dealer and have returned for a refund as was mislead. The dealer has refunded me and I left the car with them, however he had already filled on the vc5 online and it is now in my name. He said to wait until dvla sends the new one to me and I am then to post the whole form to him and he will fill it online. Is this correct? Surely I should fill it in online as it is in my name? If so, how do I fill it in? Do I put car was sold to trader? Do I add traders company name or previous owners name? As this was on the v5 when I purchased the car? Thank you in advance

Do it online using the ‘Sold to Dealer’ option and putting their name & address in.  Get an email confirmation, print it off, and just drop it off with the V5C to the Dealer.

Thank you! I was just concerned he wanted me to add a different buyer name but I am returning it to their company after all and if they want to update address they can surely do it themselves after. Thanks for your help
