Not our bag here. We deal with private parking tickets. Hopefully the Motoring Forum can help.

How come you copped for 6 points on your licence within 2 years?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

On your first post you will see a little wheel to the top right; if you click on it and if you have enough time and posts under your belt, you will see an option to EDIT.  Click on that and there is a further option to delete.

And if that wheel and option aren't available, you can PM one of the board guides and ask them to delete this thread.

It is never possible for a poster to delete the opening post on a thread.

What they can do, if they have enough posts under their belt, is change the thread title and the text within that post to something like -

    Duplicate thread - please ignore

Not any more , it needs to be reported by the relevant poster. ( The OP ) so that an admin can delete it
