I meed to call BA on one of their UK numbers ( 0800, 0191 or 0203) from Thailand.
Is Skype the answer? I don't have an account and travelling with a smartphone NOT a PC.
Any alternative providers you'd recomend to make the call cheap or free? Thanks

I'd usually say there are other VoIP providers a bit cheaper than Skype, but if it's definitely an 0800 number you can call, then this is free from Skype

Scroll down, perhaps click something to show all UK rates, and it says
United Kingdom - Toll Free ³ £0.00, where 3 means
3. When calling from United Kingdom, a connection fee of £0.00 applies, unless otherwise indicated.
I don't know whether you can set up a new Skype account without adding credit, even for just free calls. When I started, years ago (barely used since), you could get a quid or so free introductory credit.
Some other VoIP providers will have free calls to 0800, but unfortunately perhaps not the Dellmont/Betamax brands. Try Localphone or Sipgate
