Wayfair returns

I’ve recently purchased a flat pack beg from Wayfair. There has been a number of issues with it while assembling it. Most importantly the final product is different to the image used on their website. Think colours of materials (only noticed after as it was made at night) and flow of some pieces.
I have requested a refund which they agreed to. However I need to take it apart for them to collect. Annoyingly that will take me at least an hour or so to do with a few parts being unable to be due to having to be nailed in place. They also want me to box it up to return which I have no boxes left they were destroyed while opening as the pieces wouldn’t come out and the parts that are nailed together obviously won’t fit in the boxes anyway.
Am I within my rights to ask they cover costs for boxes and my time to dismantle the bed?
Thanks

Of course, but they're not obliged to cover them.0

You're within your rights to ask for anything, whether they agree or not is an entirely different matter.
Bear in mind that the entity you contracted with is based in Ireland, so if they tell you to go swivel your options are limited by and large to taking them to court over there, which is likely to be far more costly than the time taken to unmake a bed and for a box to stick the bits in, even if you win.0
