IHD gone off

My IHD7 was showing the wrong time so I restarted it and now, even though its showing signal yo the meter, it's no longer displaying any use, live or past.

Anyone else having issues?

    I havge a different IHD but it can take a little while to re-sync with my smart meter.

    Few hours now, any thoughts why the time was out by 12 hours in the first place?

    The IHD gets its timing from the comms hub. It is possible that your comms hub needs a reset. To do this your supplier needs to make a request to the DCC. Is your supplier still able to pull data from your meters?

    Bright app shows fairly recent electricity readings but gas hadn't checked in since 6am this morning.

    Han and Wan lights are flashing once every 5 seconds.

    Nothing else is flashing aside from the 1/1000 electricity led.

    The electric meter is a EDMI ES-10B

    Seems really odd, the problems only started last night around 7:30pm when the storm hit but we didn't have an interruption in power.

    Ther was a power cut last night where I live which also tripped the main RCD on the 'fuse box'.  The LCD was not working when I plugged it in.  However there was a seperate little switch (maybe a reset) that I needed on the IHD (never noticed it before) to press to bring it to life again.  I did so and then lifted the smart meter info shortly thereafter.

    It's randomly started working again overnight now but I've lost the home screen view that shows watts on the left and cost on the right. 

    Instead the Watts has changed for £/hr, maybe a software update?
